Easter Service | 2025

In this Easter message, Pastor Blaine explains the good news of the gospel through Ephesians 2. He begins with the bad news—that apart from Christ we are spiritually dead, enslaved to sin, shaped by the world, influenced by Satan, and guilty of both outward and inward rebellion against God. Yet Paul’s words “But God” announce hope: because of His great love and rich mercy, God makes us alive in Christ, raising us from death to life through grace. Salvation is not earned but received as a gift, secured by Christ’s death and validated by His resurrection. Blaine emphasizes that true faith means more than knowing about Jesus—it means confessing, repenting, trusting Him as Lord, and living a transformed life. The service closes by pointing to baptism as a symbol of dying to sin and being raised with Christ, celebrating that through Jesus we are forgiven, made new, and given eternal hope.
