WELCOME TO
EASTMONT KIDS!

We will meet your family, check your child(ren) into our database system, and one of our volunteers will lead your child to their age/grade specific classroom. We will ask for the following personal information: parent/guardian name, phone number and email address, and children's names, gender, birth dates, and grade as well as any any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your child.

Before You  Arrive...

Pre-check your kids in on the Church Center app.

• Download the app.

• Select Eastmont Church to link your account.

• Once at the home page in the app select Check-In from the middle of the menu at the bottom.

• Select eKids Sunday Service.

• Select which children will be attending a classroom.

• Click Next and you will be given a QR code to scan at a check in kiosk.
  

Once You Arrive...

• Have your QR code out and ready to go!

• Wait your turn to use an open kiosk.

• Turn your phone around and hold it in front of the scanner so the QR code can be scanned.

• As soon as the code is recognized your labels will print.
  
  BONUS!
  With the pre-check feature you will receive a parent security code on the app in addition to a printed security tag, so one for each adult. AND if both adults in the household have the app, no matter which adult checks the kids in you both will receive the parent code in your app. We ask that the adult who is on site check the kids in on the app so that we have the correct contact information in case of emergencies.

We value children's relationships within the small group setting as they relate to their leader and other kids in the group. As families commit to attending the same service each week, children are placed in a group of familiar faces where relationships can grow.

Every child's name tag is matched to the parent tag with identification number. Every volunteer is initially screened with an interview and federal background check and attended an orientation. Ongoing training review emergency procedures. Security team members are present in the kids hallways at all service times.

The Bible is the inspired Word of God and the most amazing book ever written! We strive to bring its stories to life through activities and discussions that keep children engaged. We want all children to love God's word and understand the value of applying it to their lives.

Kids love fun! We realize that when children have fun at church, they can't wait to come back. We value creating fun ways for children to learn about Jesus, including games, activities and singing.
