Discovering Eastmont is where you can:

You were designed to be a part of a church family…. and that’s exactly what Eastmont desires to be…..your family. A healthy family has common beliefs, purposes and commitment. That’s why, at Eastmont, we want to share with you what we believe and where we’re going. God has called Eastmont Church to make disciples who are committed to Knowing Christ, Growing in Christ, and Going for Christ. By pursuing this 3-fold purpose we live out God’s plan for our life. More than anything else, the Eastmont family wants to come beside you and help you grow.

Health and Caring Services

We believe that the church has a role in promoting the health and wellness of its members. We recognize the inter-relationship of the whole person: physical, emotional, and spiritual. Our volunteers include members who are interested in providing caring support for those in our church community.

We provide the following services to our Eastmont family:

• Health needs hotline – RN on call
• Monthly blood pressure checks and blood sugar screening
• Home and hospital visitation
• Community resource referrals
• Liaison between client and health care provider
• Health and wellness education classes
• Flu vaccine clinic
• Meals and assistance for families in crisis & memorial services
• Grief support and counseling

All information shared with this team will be held strictly confidential.

Prayer Team

Eastmont maintains several chains of “Prayer Warriors” who can be counted on to prevail in prayer when needs are shared. We desire that all are encouraged in the Lord and feel free to ask for prayer support to meet their pressing needs.
