Purpose Statement
The Library Ministry TEAM purposes to make available for loan a powerful collection of Christ-centered educational materials.

Outreach
We make these materials available to any interested person of any age including the general community. We maintain an "open door" policy with an honor system of checking items in and out.
Any time the lower building is unlocked, the Library is available, even during work sessions and meetings.

We invite you to browse.
We invite you to partake.

Collection Development
We intend for this collection to reflect "popular requests" and "identified needs" of the church body. Most importantly, we intend it to reflect the Biblical teachings of Eastmont Church's leadership, directly and through enhancement of its ministries, always keeping in mind that Jesus Christ is our Lord, our ultimate leader.

Keeping these intentions in mind, we (1) identify, (2) acquire, (3) remove, (4) organize, (5) track, and (6) promote these materials, including many types of media.

The Library is a "work in progress." We learn as we go. It is exciting to see it develop!

Ministry Time Commitment
Approximately 2 hours/week
Flexible Work Sessions:
Friday mornings 10 am–12 noon, Wednesday evenings 6–8 pm, &/or "Independent Duty"
